Brian has played the fan-favorite character of “Dr. Jimmy Palmer” on the CBS series NCIS since 2004. He has written multiple episodes of the series as well. He co-wrote and starred in the independent film “Congratulations”. In addition to multiple seasons at the Colorado Shakespeare Festival, other credits include: From Justin to Kelly, the WB series My Guide to Becoming a Rockstar, Perception, and the staged comedy “The Oldest Man in Showbusiness”.
